教育や子育て支援などさまざまな取り組みで先駆的な「福祉国家」として日本で語られることが多いフィンランド。そこで暮らす子ども・若者たちはどのようなことを考えているのでしょうか？
2019年は日本とフィンランドが外交関係を結んでから100年を迎えます。子どもの貧困対策を推進する公益財団法人あすのばでは、同年1月「子どもの貧困対策法」施行5年を迎えるにあたり、日本とフィンランドの子ども・若者たちが交流・意見交換を通して学び合い、次の新しい時代・社会を考えるための国際ユースフォーラムを初めて企画しました。
当日はフィンランドから若者も招き、日本に留学しているフィンランド学生などにも声をかけて一緒に私たちの社会について考えます。ぜひ、あなたも一緒に考えるメンバーとして国際ユースフォーラムに参加してみませんか。
一般公開イベント（19日18時30分～）には、どなたでもご参加いただけます。
Finland often talked about in Japan as a pioneering “welfare state” with various initiatives such as education and child rearing support. What kind of things are the children and young people living there thinking?
In 2019, 100 years since Japan and Finland have diplomatic relations celebrated. Also, in January of the same year entitled “Japanese Child Poverty Act”, We have planned the International Youth Forum by USNOVA foundation. children and young people from Japan and Finland learn through exchange and talk and think about the new society together.
On the forum day, young people also invited from Finland, We will also think about our society together with Finnish students studying in Japan.

※参加者で宿泊を希望する若者は主催側で宿泊費を負担します。「国立オリンピック記念青少年総合センター」宿泊棟での宿泊を手配します（申込〆切2019年1月17日(木)まで）。なお、会場までの旅費の負担は原則ありません。
※一般公開イベントのみ以外の参加者は別途食費が実費でかかります。食券などの用意はありません。食事は館内外の食堂などで自由にお取りください。

※国際ユースフォーラムには通訳サポートを予定し、一般公開イベントには逐次通訳がありますが、それ以外の時間で参加者同士は原則英語で会話となっています。
